BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP ILULUNSAD PARA SA MAS MADALING PAGBABAYAD NG BUSINESS TAX

Mula January 2 – 20, 2017 , ang ating City Business Permits and Licensing Office ay muling mag-lulunsad ng Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) para maging mas madali at mabilis ang pagbabayad ng business tax ng ating mga negosyante.

Para po sa RENEWAL, heto po ang mga dokumentong kailangan ninyong ihanda:

1. Original – Barangay Clearance
2. Income Tax Return
3.  Contract of Lease (If applicable)
4. 2016 Real Property Tax (RPT) receipt
5. Unified clearance signed by City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) City Health Office (CENRO) Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for advance inspection
6. Authorization Letter (If owner will send a representative)
