Individuals who are interested to take the Career Service Examination- Pen and Paper Test (CES-PPT) on March 12, 2017 may submit their applications at the San Pedro City Hall (Multi Purpose Hall) on December 22, 2016 from 9AM to 3PM.
REQUIREMENTS UPON SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:
1. Four (4) pieces of identical ID pictures with specifications as follows:
a. Passport size (4.5 x 3.5 cm)
b. Colored, with white background
c. With handwritten name tag legibly showing signature over printed full name (first name, middle initial, last name, and extension name, if any)
d. Taken within three (3) months prior to filing of application
e. Printed on good quality paper
f. In standard close-up shot (from shoulder level up with the head and face occupying at least 80% of the picture and with the name tag positioned at approximately 1 inch below the chin)
g. In bare face (with no eyeglasses, colored contact lens, or any accessories that may cover the facial features, not computer enhanced)
h. Showing left and right ears
i. Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
j. With neutral facial expression, and both eyes open
2. Original and photocopy of ANY of the following ID cards:
a. Driver’s License
b. Passport
c. PRC License
d. SSS ID
e. GSIS ID
f. Voter’s ID
g. BIR ID (ATM type / TIN card type with picture)
h. Police clearance
i. Postal ID
j. Barangay ID
k. Philhealth ID (must at least contain the applicant’s name, clear picture, signature and Philhealth number)
l. Current Company / Office ID
m. Current School ID (Validated for the current school year/semester/trimester)
NOTE: For applicants without date of birth in their ID card/s original and photocopy of Birth Certificate issued/authenticated by the National Statistics Office (NSO)
3. Examination fee of 500 pesos
The CES-PPT are open to all Filipino citizens, of good moral character, regardless of educational attainment, who are at least 18 years old at the time of the filing of application, and have not taken the same level of examination in less than three months.
The celebration kicked off with a mass lead by Rev. Fr. Pablo T. Bugay Jr., held at the city hall of San Pedro, Laguna (December , 29, 2016) . The mass was attended by city mayor Lourdes S. Cataquiz, Vice Mayor Iryne Vierneza, city councilors, Bernadette Olivares, Jimbo Ambayec, Lon-Lon Ambayec, Delio Hatulan and Bobot Berroya. Also present during the mass were, former mayor and
