EMT/ Darryl Soriano discussed the Basic First Aid & all about Disaster Relief & Rescue OPN representing the CDRRMO Staff while PO3Mark Anthony A. Manuel, Crime Registrar PNCO, talked on the Role of SPATS, Duties & Responsibilities and Demonstration of Proper Arrest & Handcuffing Techniques.
PC/INSP Marlon M. Calonge, deputy officer, welcomed the 82 Police representatives from all 27 barangays of the City of San Pedro.
