CITY of San Pedro Human Resource and Management Office (CHRMO) head, Leah Lu-Morando, received awards from the Civil Service Commission Office IV for being recognized in the four (4) HRM Systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Performance Management (PM), Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R) under the program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Maturity Level 11 and the only 2018 LGU Awardee during the recognition rites, at Luxent Hotel, Timog Avenue, Quezon City, Dec. 13. “You now belong to the top 4% in the National and Regional Level with recognized four (4) core system,” CSC Director IV Azucena P. Esleta said as she handed the certificates. The award was achieved with the full support of City Mayor Lourdes S. Cataquiz and the help and cooperation of all the City Government Department Heads and employees.
