The City Urban Development and Housing Office (CUDHO) headed by Melizza Tipon, is conducting a Basic Leadership Seminar being held at the Pavilion Hall, City Hall of San Pedro for homeowners association officers from Sitio Pinagkaisa, Sitio Bagong Pag-asa, Sitio Southside, GK Alaska, Villa Argana, Samahang Mahihirap ng Calendola, Manggahan Hills, Sitio Maharlika 1 & 2, and Southville 3A-extension.
Guest speaker Ed H. Lara, project mobilizer of Department of Interior and Local Government discussed the qualities of a leader, function of officers, effective communication and administration, concepts and principles of leadership.
The free seminar is thru the initiative of City Mayor Lourdes S. Cataquiz.
