The blessing and inauguration which was held last February 20, 2016, was attended by City Mayor Lourdes Cataquiz, City Admin. Fil Sibulo, Councilor Diwa Tayao, CSWD Head Fatima Autor and the members of the Rotary Club of Wakayaka Naka, RI District 2640, Japan and the Rotary Club of San Pedro. The establishment of Bayan Bayanan Day Care Center was made possible through the efforts and donations of the said Rotary Clubs. Likewise, the establishment of this facility is part of Mayor Lourdes Cataquiz’s objective of bringing basic early childhood education to the residents in the area.
