Iskolar ng Lungsod ng San Pedro (ILSP) will start accepting applicants for the San Pedro Educational Assistance Program (SPEAP) from May 22 – 24, 2017 , 8:30AM to 5PM at the basement of San Pedro City Hall. The ILSP program is open to underprivileged but deserving COLLEGE students who are bonafide residents of the City of San Pedro.
